Brian Ledwith | Commercial Real Estate Lending

Brian Ledwith is Vice President of Commercial Lending for Framingham Co-operative Bank. Since 1889, Framingham Co-operative Bank has been serving individuals and businesses in the Greater MetroWest area of Massachusetts. The Bank can meet all customers' needs with a variety of checking, savings, consumer loan, and commercial loan programs.
Brian attended Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood and graduated from Boston College in 1990. After entering Banking as a lender, he continued his education at the National School of Banking and graduated with honors in 2004. Brian has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, and construction lending. He works in a collaborative way with investors, builders and management teams, in order to help them achieve their financial goals.
Brian provides financing for construction or investment properties throughout Massachusetts utilizing the following products:

• Commercial loans for new construction
• Loans for commercial renovation or expansion
• Long-term commercial real estate mortgage loans
• Commercial real estate lines of credit
Brian has lived in Franklin since 1994 with his wife Kerry and their children Nolan and Maeve. He enjoys spending the summer weekends on Cape Cod with his family and coaching soccer, hockey and baseball in his community.
