Michelle Raymond | Family Law and Probate Litigation

Attorney Michelle Raymond concentrates her practice in the areas of
family and probate litigation and alternative dispute resolution
including collaborative law and mediation. Collaborative law is an
alternative dispute resolution process in which
both parties and counsel contract to negotiate without court
involvement.
Attorney Raymond provides services for all family-related disputes, including,
but not limited to: divorce, child support, post-divorce controversies,
parenting plans, paternity matters, estate or guardianship matters, open
adoptions, will contests and non-traditional family issues.
Attorney Michelle Raymond’s mediation services offer a cost-effective alternative for family, business, employer and civil issues. By combining her experience with mediation, collaborative law and litigation, she is able to provide clients with a wide range of options appropriate for their needs and goals. She assists her clients through their difficult times and with prevention of future crisis situations.
Attorney Raymond received her undergraduate degree from University of South Florida in 1993 and her law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1998. Her experience as a Guardian ad Litem in Florida provides her with unique insight into abuse and child-related issues. She received the Honorable Albert P. Pettoruto Memorial Award in 1998 at BUSL for excellence in family law.
Attorney Michelle Raymond has presented seminars to the Women’s Success Network, HarborOne U, Massachusetts Department of Family and Children and other community organizations on “What Every Woman Should Know About the Law™” for parents, grandparents and fathers.

Ms. Raymond has served as a North Attleborough Town Meeting Representative, as Co-Chairman of North Attleborough Town Meeting Coordinating Committee and as a member of the Rotary Club of North Attleboro / Plainville. Michelle is past Chairperson of the Women’s Success Network which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2010. Ms. Raymond is currently a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council and Hockomock Area YMCA North Attleboro Branch Parent Advisory Council.
